We are seeking for more co-workers who are willing to help in several areas, including giving rides from UCSD, set-up and clean-up, Audio/Visual, worship, and discipleship.

Please come and join our LG family town hall meeting next Sunday, Aug. 14, 10:45am-11:45am, where Pastor Lam will share with us the goals, plans, and next steps for LG.

Pastor Tim will be speaking on “Generation COVID-19:  Moving Teenagers from Recovering to Recovery – The New Normal Is Now”, on Sunday, Aug. 21, 2:00pm-3:00pm, in the Building 2 garage.

Our Youth Sunday School on Apologetics, the defense and explanation of our Christian faith, has begun and meets in the Garage (Building 2), 10:45am-12:00pm. We hope to see many of our youth there!

The youth group is always looking for volunteers who love the Lord and are willing to serve teenagers.

The deadline to submit expense reimbursement requests for any ministry-related expenses incurred between 7/1/2021 and 6/30/2022 is Sunday, Jul. 10.

Crossroads is hosting a workshop by Chaoxiong You, a career and development coach, on the topic, “Journey into God’s Calling.” It will be in the Multi-Purpose Room on Friday, Jul. 22, 7:30pm.

(1) Children’s ministry is in need of angels for the Agape Ministry, serving children with special needs. Please come and join this special ministry. (2) Sign up online for the Sunday Toddler class for kids ages 12-36 months, which starts this July from 9:00am to 10:15am.

We plan to resume our monthly lunch fellowship on Jun. 26 (the last Sunday of the month). We estimate the lunch to be around $8-$10.

There will be a parenting talk on Saturday, Jun. 11, 10:30am-12:30pm, in the Fellowship Hall (Building 2). Shell Cowper Smith, a Certified Family Coach, will share her expertise on how to effectively communicate with your teenagers.
